Terms of service

1. Who can use the service

Raptor Clip Studio is provided by Raptor Manga LLC. The initial customer release is for people aged 18 or older who reside in the United States and can enter a binding agreement. Automatic clipping supports English-language footage. You are responsible for account security, the people you invite and activity in your workspace. International checkout is not included in this release.

2. Your footage and permissions

You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us to store, transcribe, analyze, edit and deliver it only to provide and secure the service you request. You must have permission for the video, music, images, voices, likenesses and intended use. Public availability is not permission.

You can confirm ownership of an original recording through the studio. That is your self-attestation, not independent verification. Licensed, shared, campaign and flagged footage needs separate permission review. Disputed, expired or revoked permission can stop processing and downloads. Keep required source attribution and ownership notices.

3. Editing and review

We suggest moments, framing and captions; you can edit them. Suggestions may contain errors and may not suit every recording. Review each rendered clip before approving its exact saved revision. Later edits require a new review. Downloads are limited to 90 seconds and vertical 1080p for this release, subject to the displayed source and plan limits.

You download and post your clips yourself. We do not automatically publish to your social accounts or submit campaign entries. Permission records and review controls do not guarantee legal clearance, earnings, views, campaign acceptance or freedom from copyright claims.

4. Plans and allowances

Current new-purchase monthly prices in USD are Starter $14.99, Pro $29.99 and Studio $69.99. Starter includes 300 source-minute credits and 30 final exports per month; Pro includes 900 minutes and 90 exports; Studio includes 2,400 minutes and 250 exports. Existing subscriptions keep their accepted price unless a separately confirmed change applies. All paid plans include core clipping, manual editing and removal of the Raptor watermark. Source duration, capacity, seats, brands and retention depend on the plan shown before purchase.

One credit covers one source minute analyzed, rounded up by source. Uploading and checking metadata do not consume processing credits. You see and confirm the processing estimate before generation. Credits do not guarantee a number of usable clips. Subscription credits are granted monthly and can roll over only through the following allowance month. Export allowances reset monthly. Purchased credit packs are separate and have no scheduled expiry under the current offer; they do not independently remove the watermark.

Eligible new accounts receive a one-time 15-minute, two-export evaluation, expiring after 14 days. It requires no card, does not renew and is separate from paid Starter. Abuse controls may reject duplicate or ineligible claims. There are no automatic processing-overage charges.

5. Payment and renewal

Checkout offers monthly billing, six months prepaid with a 5% discount, or one year prepaid with a 15% discount when the selected option is available. The full upfront USD price, applicable tax and renewal term are shown before you pay. Prepaid plans still grant allowances monthly, not all at once. Subscriptions renew for the selected term until canceled.

Stripe hosts checkout and payment-method entry. We do not receive your full card number. A return to the thank-you page alone does not prove payment; verified payment records activate the allowance. Discounts are applied only when the server confirms eligibility. The single-use welcome offer is 10% off the first monthly subscription payment, followed by the ordinary monthly price; it cannot be combined with prepaid discounts.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Use Manage billing in your workspace to cancel online without calling support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves access through the current paid period. Where available, plan changes take effect at renewal; review the effective date and full terms before confirming.

For new purchases that explicitly accept refund policy 2026-10-05-first-payment-50-v1 at checkout, the voluntary first-subscription-payment refund requires a request within seven days and no more than 50% of the first monthly subscription source-minute allowance used. Continued processing during review counts. Prepaid plans use one monthly allowance for this test, not the whole prepaid term. Earlier purchases retain their accepted policy without a retroactive usage restriction.

Unused allowances from the refunded payment are reversed; unrelated purchased credits are not removed. Other cases, billing errors and service failures receive a tracked support review. See Refunds and cancellation for the full conditions. This voluntary offer does not limit stronger applicable rights or prevent online cancellation.

7. Branding and referrals

You can add an authorized custom text watermark. Evaluation clips also carry “Clipped with Raptor Clip Studio.” Paid watermark removal applies to new edits while the entitlement is valid. Changing branding requires a new rendered review; do not remove source-owner attribution.

For referrals claimed under policy 2026-10-09-v2 after activation, each workspace receives 30 source-minute credits after the invited customer’s first canonical subscription payment remains unreversed for 30 days. Apply the referral in a verified owner workspace before starting subscription checkout. Rewards expire 90 days after the award, have no cash value and add no exports or paid membership. Each referrer can receive at most five successful rewarded referrals per UTC calendar month across their workspaces; this does not limit registration. Earlier claims retain their recorded policy and valid awards. Self-referrals, duplicate rewards, refunds, disputes and fraud are excluded. Unused available rewards are reversed after disqualification; canceled work cannot restore revoked reward minutes. Whop and other external programs are separate and have their own rules.

8. Storage, safety and account closure

Keep your original recordings and download files you want to keep. The studio and privacy notice describe file deadlines, deletion and retained records. Subscription cancellation is not an account-deletion request. Workspace deletion and sign-in deletion have separate confirmations.

We may hold or suspend processing, downloads or an account for payment failures, credible rights complaints, abuse or security issues. See Acceptable use and Copyright concerns. We do not use footage or account access to prevent a lawful cancellation or dispute.

9. Support and your legal rights

Use Help in your workspace or email [email protected]. Include the relevant project or billing reference, not passwords or full card details. If the service or a charge does not match your purchase, contact us for investigation and an appropriate remedy.

No service is error-free or continuously available. Nothing here removes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a blanket customer indemnity.

10. Changes

These terms take effect on the date shown above. The service records your policy and purchase acceptance. Material changes are disclosed before they apply; they do not retroactively create a payment consent or permission to reuse your footage. Current prices and billing choices are shown before you confirm a purchase or renewal change.
