Acceptable Use Policy

Rights and deception

• No unowned or unlicensed movies, television, streams, music, sports, podcasts, advertisements, or social videos.
• No false rights records, forged releases, evasion of attribution, or removal of ownership notices.
• No deceptive impersonation, undisclosed synthetic media intended to mislead, fraud, phishing, or coordinated manipulation.

Safety and privacy

• No illegal content, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors.
• No doxxing, stalking, credible threats, targeted harassment, or publishing private information without authority.
• No unlawful surveillance, face recognition, voice identification, or biometric profiling through the service.

Advertising and regulated activity

• No false, unsupported, or hidden sponsored claims. Advertising mode must identify the sponsor or material connection and support an in-video disclosure.
• No prohibited or unapproved regulated offers, illegal goods, sanctions evasion, or payment activity barred by Stripe or the connected platform.
• Commercial use is allowed only when the rights record expressly covers commercial, derivative, redistribution, likeness, music, and intended-platform rights.

Enforcement

We may hold processing or delivery, preserve relevant audit records, request additional permission evidence, remove disputed material, suspend a workspace or terminate repeat infringers. Report abuse through Help in the studio or [email protected]. Include the relevant project or export reference. You can reply to the support record if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
