Who is responsible

Raptor Clip Studio is operated by Raptor Manga LLC, a United States business. Our notice address and email are below. We determine how account, billing and security information is used. For personal information in footage a customer asks us to edit, we generally act on that customer’s instructions; see the data processing terms.

This release accepts account holders aged 18 or older in the United States. International checkout is not offered. Our U.S. business address does not mean all processing takes place in the United States.

Public preview and display preferences

Videos and logos chosen in the public visual preview stay on your device using temporary browser object URLs. They are not uploaded, analyzed, saved or exported by that preview. Its captions are sample text you can edit. Preview settings last only while the page is open. The homepage stores your animation choice and whether the logo introduction has played in per-tab session storage. These display preferences contain no tracking identifier and are not sent to our server. If storage is blocked, the site remains usable.

Optional public website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics on the home, preview, guides, agency and community pages to understand public page visits and clicks to the preview, guide, community or signup page. We do not load the analytics tag before you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not limit the preview. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep analytics off.

Measurements can include a pseudonymous cookie identifier, browser/device information, approximate region and the public page viewed. We exclude private account and editing routes, video and logo contents, filenames, captions, form values, incoming referrer URLs and arbitrary query parameters. Only our predefined social campaign tags may be included. Google receives analytics measurements; we do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals.

Our analytics cookies have a 30-day expiry. Your analytics choice is kept as a device-local preference for up to 180 days. Use Privacy choices on any measured public page to withdraw permission; this stops collection and clears this site’s analytics cookies. It does not retroactively delete previously collected measurements.

Information covered

Account records contain verified identity and email, workspace membership, eligibility and policy acceptance. Optional creator settings include clip length, caption treatment, framing and recurring names. Google sign-in requests identity, email and profile only: not Gmail, Drive or YouTube access. No separate AI subscription is required.

Editing can involve authorized video, images and audio, transcripts, captions, source timestamps, rights and attribution records, saved revisions, review decisions and rendered files. Operational records include billing identifiers, allowance history, support messages, request/network information and security events. These come from you, your authorized workspace members, the selected identity provider and, when enabled, billing events. Card entry belongs to Stripe’s hosted checkout, not the editor.

Verified identity and the required eligibility and rights confirmations are necessary for the requested customer workflow. Optional creator preferences and analytics consent are not registration requirements. Do not upload material you lack permission to process or share.

Optional Google Drive import

Drive import is a separate, optional connection, currently limited to approved test workspaces. Google sign-in does not connect Drive. When this feature is available, you choose a file in Google’s file picker and confirm that you have permission to import it. We check its download permissions, type, size and version before copying its contents directly to private backend storage.

We keep the selected file’s identifier, name, size and transfer status to support interrupted imports and avoid duplicate copies. Connection credentials are encrypted in separate, access-controlled storage and are not stored in your general account profile. Importing a file does not grant copyright clearance, publish it or start chargeable clipping.

You can disconnect Drive in the upload workspace. This removes our saved connection credentials and attempts to revoke the Google grant; we tell you if Google could not confirm revocation. Disconnecting does not delete copies already imported. Those copies follow the same access controls, retention and deletion process as other uploaded media. You can also remove the connection in your Google account.

How we use information

We use account and editing data to deliver the service you request, billing records to administer purchases and required records to meet legal duties. Security processing protects accounts, prevents misuse and investigates failures. Optional analytics depends on your choice. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Required account processing supports the service you request; optional analytics is separate and is not a condition of service.

Customer media and AI

Customer footage is used for the requested editing workflow, not used for shared-model training or public advertising. Processing permission is not training consent. Shared training or evaluation using private content would require a separate, clear choice, appropriate rights and a stated withdrawal process. Operational counters are separate from permission to reuse the footage itself.

The current worker transcribes and renders on the clipping backend. Paid external AI assistance is disabled. Suggestions, hooks, captions and framing remain editable and need your review; they do not establish copyright clearance, likely earnings or facts about a person’s emotions. Intentional face recognition, voice identification and retained biometric identity templates are outside this release.

Optional creator showcase

The creator showcase accepts private review requests from signed-in workspaces with finished exports. We record the selected export and revision, requested public title and creator credit, and your explicit public-sharing permissions in the existing support conversation. A request is optional and does not publish a video or permit advertising, social posting, source sharing or AI training.

Publication requires a separate review and an approved public copy. Only that finished video, chosen title and creator credit, and required attribution are displayed. Public media can be indexed and copied by others; account emails, private links and raw uploads are not public credits or gallery assets. You can request withdrawal or removal through the support conversation. Removal is manual and cannot recall third-party copies. Support retention applies to review requests; publication requires separately preserving its permission evidence before support retention removes the conversation.

Checkout recovery

When you continue to checkout, we try to save the selected plan or credit pack, payment frequency and country in this tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours. This lets you review your choices after an interrupted checkout. We do not put card details, identity records, prices, discount codes or accepted terms in that saved selection. We recheck the offer with the server and require consent again before a resumed checkout. You can forget the selection on the return page; signing out clears it. If browser storage is unavailable, checkout still works but the selection may not survive navigation.

A separate checkout request identifier lets the backend recognize retries and avoid creating duplicate checkout attempts. Returning to a page labeled success is not proof of payment; verified billing records determine subscription status and allowances.

Providers, disclosure and international processing

Our provider inventory describes website hosting, network security, backend hosting, account email, sign-in, payments and optional analytics. Providers receive information needed for their functions. Provider operations and recovery copies can involve processing outside the United States; we do not offer a specific data-residency guarantee.

Necessary disclosures may also include confidential professional advice or a legally required response. We do not automatically send finished clips to customer social accounts. Downloading an export and choosing where to post it are separate customer actions.

Retention and deletion

The following describes current code and configuration reviewed on October 3, 2026. File deadlines and backend policies, not this explanatory table, control availability. Active jobs, dependencies and legal holds can affect deletion.

Sign-in attempts and codes
Codes and Google sign-in attempts expire after 10 minutes. Expired Google flows are eligible for cleanup immediately; email-code records after a further hour. Rate-limit attempt records are eligible after 25 hours. Cleanup runs in bounded batches, so expiry is not a promise of immediate physical deletion.
Login sessions
A session lasts at most 14 days and becomes unusable after one day without activity. Signing out revokes that session. Completed email recovery revokes the account’s other sessions. Expired sessions, or sessions revoked more than a day ago, are eligible for cleanup.
Source footage
Ordinary managed uploads not marked for retention are eligible for removal seven days after finalization. Explicitly retained sources, active processing, dependent renders and legal holds can delay removal. Removing an original can prevent later editing even when a finished download still exists.
Generated previews and downloads
The current plan defaults are evaluation 14 days, Starter 30 days, Pro 60 days and Studio 90 days. The deadline recorded for each file controls its availability; the studio shows export expiry. Subscription cancellation, download expiry and physical erasure are different events. Download files you want to keep.
Workspace and account deletion
The workspace deletion service is enabled. Owners must confirm the request and separately authorize permanent removal. A 72-hour cancellation window comes first. After active work, billing obligations, external connections and holds are resolved, the service removes managed media and customer content, permanently closes the workspace and revokes its member access. A completion receipt is shown only after these steps finish. Other workspaces and the shared sign-in account are not removed. Deleting the sign-in account is a separate action requiring a login from the last 15 minutes and no remaining active workspace memberships; it removes its email and Google link and closes all sessions.
Support conversations
Resolved ordinary support conversations become eligible for content removal after 90 days without further activity. Resolved billing and refund conversations use 365 days. Hourly cleanup runs in bounded batches; unresolved requests and active legal holds are excluded. A new reply prevents stale cleanup. A minimal request and erasure receipt remains, separate from message content and financial transaction records.
Financial, rights and security records
Billing references, allowance history, policy acceptance, rights records and security/audit evidence are separate from media files. We retain the minimum evidence needed for outstanding transactions, refunds and disputes, applicable accounting and legal obligations, rights claims and prevention of repeated abuse. These records do not have the same automatic expiry as downloads. Requests to remove retained records are reviewed for those purposes and active holds; we explain applicable exceptions in the deletion response. We do not promise that deleting a video deletes these records.
Backups
Encrypted database and configuration checkpoints are scheduled daily. These scheduled checkpoints rotate after 14 days; customer video, image and audio files are not included. Restoration has been tested in a separate database. The service refuses startup when a restored database conflicts with its independent signed deletion journal. Owner-controlled encrypted recovery copies have also been verified off the VPS, but are not continuous offsite replication. Manual recovery copies are restricted to recovery and subject to retained-record request review rather than the scheduled 14-day rotation. Restored access must respect completed deletion records. Deletion from active storage does not immediately erase backups.

Retained financial, rights and security evidence and manual recovery copies have purpose-based retention and request review, separate from automatic support-content and scheduled-database-checkpoint expiry. Deletion responses identify applicable retained-record exceptions.

Your requests

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information. We may verify ownership and assess exceptions before acting. Contact us using the details below. If footage was submitted by someone else, identify the relevant material without sending sensitive documents or another private video.

Objection and withdrawing consent

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. For optional analytics, use Privacy choices on a measured public page to withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not undo earlier lawful processing.

Privacy complaints

You may complain to your applicable data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where relevant. Contacting us first does not remove that right. Initial customer enrollment is U.S.-only; this complaint information is not an offer of international checkout.

Security

Implemented safeguards include backend authorization, tenant-scoped database access, private media checks, bounded uploads, secure session handling and tested restoration of an encrypted operational backup. No system is risk-free. This is not a claim of universal encryption at rest, independent offsite recovery or completed security certification. Account owners should protect their email account and device, grant only necessary team access and report suspected misuse through Help.

Age and geography

The product is for account holders aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Raptor Manga LLC is a U.S.-based business. Initial customer registration and checkout are limited to the United States. Expansion requires a separately reviewed market release. An international payment card alone does not establish eligibility. Automatic clipping supports English first; country availability does not imply multilingual AI support.

Requests and contact

Contact [email protected] for support or a privacy request. Please do not email passwords, payment-card details or private footage.

The member studio has tracked support with owner replies and separate workspace and sign-in account deletion controls. A deletion request is not confirmation that all records or backups have been deleted; check its completion receipt and retained-record notice.

Campaign notebook and submission notes

Campaign briefs, permission references and submission notes are manual workspace records, not a connection to Whop or another campaign platform. Owners, admins and editors can save submission notes; reviewers can read them. Saving a note does not submit a clip, verify a view count or confirm a payment.

Saved notes include their revision, last editor and save time. Their text is private to authorized workspace members and is excluded from general audit logs and the account metadata export. Unsaved notes stay in the open page and can be lost when you leave. Keep credentials, sensitive documents and temporary signed download links out of notes. Notes are included in the workspace-content deletion process; legal holds and the deletion policy still apply.
